WELLNESS HIGHLIGHTS:

Team up with your coworkers, compete as an individual, or both! Accumulate steps and active minutes, and improve your lifestyle habits for chances to win great prizes.  All you need is a smart phone and a little bit of motivation.  Get ready for the FALL Into Fitness challenge beginning beginning November 1st.  All NMUSD employees are welcome and encouraged to participate!  Follow these three simple steps to get started:

1.  Read the Program Guide and FAQ (coming soon!)

2.  Register from your phone* OR register from your computer*

3.  Join the FALL Into Fitness challenge

* Whether a new or returning MoveSpring user, you MUST register; all accounts have been reset.  November 7th is the FINAL DAY to register; all challenges begin on November 1st.
