The HOPE (Health, Opportunity, Prevention, Education) Clinic has provided health services to Newport-Mesa Unified School District (NMUSD) community since 1992. The HOPE Clinic is an approved Child Health and Disability Prevention Program provider and participates in the Vaccines for Children Program.

Children should have Physical Exams Yearly through age 18 in accordance with the Child Health and Disability Program Intervals below:
- ≤ 1 Month
- 2 Months
- 4 Months
- 6 Months
- 9 Months
- 12 Months
- 15 Months
- 18 Months
- 2 Years < 2 1/2 Years
- 3 Years
- < yearly thru 18 Years
