No Bus Zone

Elementary School Students (including kindergarteners) - less than .75 miles from home to school

Middle School Students  - less than 1.5 miles from home to school

High School Students - less than 2 miles from home to school

Bus Passes

2nd Semester Bus Pass Renewal begins January 7, 2019

No need to re-apply.  Mail in or drop off a check or money order to the Bus Pass office and be sure to reference the student's ID # on the memo line. Payment can also be made online utilizing MySchoolBucks.

        Semester Roundtrip:  $190         Semester One Way $100

Bus pass renewals will be sent to the school for distribution and valid beginning February 4, 2019. 

Students  who do not present an "Annual" or "2nd Semester" bus pass  on or after February 4, 2019, will not be allowed to board the bus.

2018-2019 Bus Pass Application

1) Complete online application for each student.

Must have student ID # and active email address in order to submit your application.


2) Bus Pass office reviews application for eligibility.

Each application is reviewed to determine if student is in a bus zone and attending their home school.


3) Submit payment.

Once application is approved, an email is sent with payment instructions.

Please Note: An account with MySchoolBucks must be created and student's ID # must be linked in order to pay online.

4) Print Temporary Bus Pass.

Upon receipt of payment, a Temporary Bus Pass is sent via email. It must be printed or forwarded to the student and presented to the driver when boarding until the official bus pass is distributed at school.


Free or Reduced Bus Pass Requirements

To qualify for a free or reduced bus pass, you must bring in copies of income documents for office approval.  Mail-ins not accepted.

       Steps to apply for Free or Reduced bus pass:

  1. Complete the online bus pass application
  2. Complete the Supplemental Income Form
  3. Visit the Transportation office and bring the completed Supplemental Income form along with  a copy of one of the following acceptable income documents for review:
  • 2 months worth of paystubs or pension (no more than 60 days old)
  • Letter from employer verifying income (must be on business letterhead)
  • Last year's Federal Income Tax Returns or W-2 form
  • AFDC (Welfare) Notice of Action
  • Unemployment Documentation
  • State Current Disability Documentation
  • Evidence of child support

Lost or Modified Bus Pass

If student has lost their bus pass or changes are needed, please visit our office to obtain a new one.

A $10 replacement fee will be collected at time of reprint.
